Afew years back, they had a North East Special edition Ranger. Not sure if options were different, maybe only the financing. The trucks were made here in Jersey.

Up in Nothern Minnesoat they have the Northland edition. Not sure if they are making them any more though haven't heard any advertising for them lately.

The KR is sold nation wide, just not popular outside the southwest. As for the Amarillo, I think its also sold in NM, OK, and Arizona. If there is a texas edtion truck, its a dealer addon thing.

In 1968+1970 ford did the High Country special, california special mustangs, as well as the Twister Special in 1970.

I guess so, but I think the NE area has similar requirements.
