I have a 78 F250 Extended Cab.....Got it for free and I am looking to make it a safe farm truck. I the cab is in good shape (maybe) except for I think 2 cab supports or floor supports, the drivers side rocker panel, floor pans, and the cab corners. Could someone point me in the right direction of places to by cab supports, etc. and how to approach the situation via pictures, books etc.

 

lmc trucks,jc whitney,certi fit,and there are probably a dozen more places just put floor pans in my 78 bronco not to bad a job eveythings easy with a plasme cutter and a welder though lol.

 

I would recommend using the spon sors such as Jeff's Bronco Graveyard.

 

I recently noticed my driver side front mount is sinking too. It needs the mount and floor pan. Do you usually just jack up the cab a couple inches? Any hints/tips for this? How can I be sure it's all aligned correctly when replacing the floor and mount? This is a job I DON'T want to do twice...
