Question 1990 thru 1992 F53 chassis differences

This is a follow up to my previous posting. I was given good information on a source for a 1990 F53 service/repair/shop manual by the forum, however the supplier only has manuals back through 1992. Question is are there any MAJOR differences between the 1990 chassis and the 1992 chassis, engine, or electrical that would make the 1992 manual unusable? For example: front end went from ball joints to king pins in 1992; or 460 engine went from throttle body FI to direct cylinder injection FI in 1991; or fuse block wiring harness changed between model years. Any help would be appreciated.
