No More brake dust! This is the fix.

I have a 2004 Ford Lariat with 18" wheels . Yeah I had brake dust until I installed the Kleen Wheel shields. These things are terrific. They are extremely lightweight . They don't make your truck look bad and they don't warp your rotors contrary to what some will say. I had to have my rotors turned before I ever installed the Kleen Wheel shields. I have many miles with the Kleen Wheel shields and it is so nice not to have to clean that crap off my wheels constantly. This is a done issue for me.

Do a search for 'kleen wheels' in this forum Rgiven. They have been discussed numerous times, and some websites that sell them have been listed.

Kleen Wheels do work...

... I put a set on front and rear about three weeks ago. Absolutely cured the brake dust issue on my 18" Lariat wheels. Best $70 I have spent AFAIAC.

what about heat?

was just wondering if any problems from heat being added during heavy breaking like when towing? why do this instead of a 40$ set of ceramec? pads?

Because dust sheilds won't eat the brake rotors down in 1/2 the time. Ceramic pads are nasty on rotors.. I got the Kleen shields on my front wheels, haven't had time to do the rears yet. They work perfect..
