Bought another 56 f-600 man is it rusty!

I purchased it for only $25.00 and it is a complete truck that was running when parked in the field 25+ years ago. I have never seen one with this much rust and still all together! Time to take some pics and then get the torch out!

i bought one interstate that sounds similar,i had to rope down the turret, tie the doors tigether, and still use another 6 ropes so it did'nt fall appart on the trailer, this is the first one i've bought that the door jam was rusted out above the opening, but hey 56 f100's are'nt thick on the ground so even the dash can be used to convert a left hook cab.

btw, i still think the latter 57-60 cabins rust worse.

i pondered making mine a convertible before i got another roof section i even thought of a traga top like vettes have but i didnt have the heart to cut her
