Barefoot around the house

 

barefoot around the house...i really hate shoes

 

During the summer, I like sneakers or sandals mostly.
Winter months boots [cowboy or combat, hiking boots ]
Here in Texas boots go hand in hand with pickup trucks.

 

I go barefoot everywhere. I hate shoes. Sometimes burgerking makes me leave becasue of there signs that say you have to have shoes and a shirt.

 

Slippers inside. Steel toe boots in the garage.

 

bare foot inside usally have somehting on my feet when i go out side un less im washing the truck.

 

Hiking boots are my normal footwear (all-purpose, pretty much)

 

I have permanent ankle socks. I'm a poolman and the tan line is so bad from wearing shorts and running shoes with ankle socks that it looks like my feet are detachable. I swear, I don't need a flashlight to walk around at night...I just take off my socks and my feet will illuminate the ground.

 

Bare around the inside of the house. Flip flops if i'm just outside piddling around. Wolverine work boots if i'm working outside

 

Around the house, those thick-soled rubber flip-flop type thingies, I can wear 'em out into the yard, they're really comfortable. When I come into the house, I can't wait to get my shoes off, and I go barefoot around the house a lot, too. -TD

flip flops cause I live in the muddy country and they are easy to take off once inside.

 

I used to be barefoot around the house, and I used to wear those nicer flipflops in the yard..... Then I came across the mother of all copperhead snakes! Now I leave a pair of substantial boots on most all the time unless I'm in bed. Never know when I might have to go do battle in the yard! We now 'escort' the dog in the yard so he doesn't try to pick up any new playthings that might be slithering across the yard. Silly Labrador thinks anything is a toy! I believe the large amount of rain combined with the newer construction behind our property is making the copperheads move to new locations - I can't wait until the winter freeze comes in!
