How far can I hop-up an original 239-Y

Can I use later 256 / 272 / 292 heads, manifolds, Cams, Ramshorn Exhaust Manifolds... on my old 239-Y? I'm all about the nostalgia. Thx. David

go to the Yblock forum at FTE. There was a similar thread running just last week about the 239 and some smart people with good answers replying.
