towing capacity e350 with 7.3 diesel 1989

Need to know tha towing capacity of my econoline prior to buy a trailer. Is there someone who knows where i can find this information ? My truck is a econoline 1989 XL with a 7.3 diesel engine. Thanks.

Is this a cube van? I'd say the smaller the trailer, the better.

no it's not a cube. Regular econoline extended shape.
