I have, I drive back and forth from Michigan to Indiana a lot during the summer. One time I just kind of started counting the lights that were burned out on passing chevy's. After counting 30 out of 32 with a burned bulb, I stopped counting. More were on the left than the right by about 3 to 1. (I was really bored on the trip, the expressway is 2 lane, totally straight, and very few vehicles, on a 4 hour trip)

Not much of a tech comparison thread but our Pontiac Grand Am GT (99) has a huge electrical issue. So maybe this is more wide spread that just chevys. We've had to replace two batteries in it (37k miles) 5 brake lights , 3 headlights and 2 fog lights. We haven't had to in the past 6 months because my dad brought it in and asked a lot of questions and they did a lot of searching and claim to have fixed the problem. Altenator also blew out at 15k miles. I like the style and performance , I hate having to help replace bulbs.

That same non-caring manufacturer just put a 200,000 mile warranty on the Duramax injectors. They did that with far fewer problems then Ford is having with there new 6.0. If you ask me - Ford has to step up.
