4 pin to 7 pin Trailer wiring???

Anyone found an aftermarket adapter to convert the 4 pin to a 7 pin on the 04 yet? Is the truck wired so that the wiring is there for a 7 pin and one could just buy the short harness from Ford?

I got one at Autozone. It was like 7 bucks
