Bad timing is the story of my truck! I understand about wanting to keep the video until you are finished. I have just finally decided that the Volare option is the best one for me. I am still hoping that someone out there can help me out. Thanks.
I got one that I will let go for postage and trade of a couple of trade papers from the San Diego area. I went with a Fullsize 1988 Ford Crown Vicotria front clip. Just let me know
Jack, I too am in San Diego, and would gladly let you use mine. Only catch is that you have to let me see how your progress is coming, and of course that you pass it along accordingly. Id like to see your truck.
I have just decided that the aspen/volare swap is the one that I am going to do. I have not even located a donor car, yet. I am sure that it will not be too hard. I would love to show off the progress of the swap, it will be my first big mod. I am kinda excited. I plan to pass the video on once I have finished with it. That is what is great about this board, everyone is willing to help everyone. If only real life were this simple. My truck will be around and about as soon as I can get her going, again. Thanks. Where in San Diego are you?
I just recently finished my frame work. I used a Cordoba IFS, didn't have a video, but I can see how it would have helped, But all in all I think it turned out very well.. Check it out on my gallery. Good luck to ya !!!
I finally finished my volare setup. I went with the aspen as well, worked out really nice, but took me some time to get done the way I wanted to. This too was the first big mod I did to my truck, and Im happy I did. I have a # to a yard in Chula Vista that only deals in mopar stuff. They had the aspen setup, already pulled, with booster and rims for $300. Im in Mission Hills, you?
