Beware of Babyfood

to all mothers and fathers of babies on this site, BEWARE!!

In Santa Ana, CA today, a woman was feeding her baby a jar of baby food(gerber banana dessert) and got about half way through the jar. when she did she found a note in the jar, wrapped in plastic. it said "you have just fed your baby poison" and mentioned a police officers name. She wasnt sure if she heard the pop that signals that the seal was intact on the jar when she opened it.

Make sure if you feed baby food out of a jar, any brand, that you hear the pop.

There is some sick folks walking around this world.
Usually the ones that write about it, will not do it.
Lets hope that holds true.

so far, mustang, that is what they are saying. the baby is being tested every hour and is fine so far, but you never know when some copy cat will go ahead with the real thing.

There is only one cure for the person responsible for that note:
Long date, short rope

hope the kid makes it through, without any trouble.

It's real news, I thought it was down in Irvine though, about 20 min. from here. There's something very fishy about the whole thing but I can't put my finger on it.

The note inside referenced an Irvine police officer, the mother can't recall where she bought the food or if the seal had been broken.

I've got to agree with BB. It smells too fishy to be pure bannas.."Can't rember where she bought it" ??? ....... Anything's possible.....

We raised five kids and only the first one was given the "plastic" baby food. Then we started reading the ingreadience labels. All sugar, starch and the vitimans cooked out. Yech. We bought a blender and they ate whatever we did. Good wholesome home grown veggies, venison, meat from local farm beef, etc.
It worked for them and all but one. a girl, were big eaters..
