It is possible.

I know where there is a 67 Cutluss sitting on a jeep 4X4 frame. it would look mean also if he gets it painted.

As long as the car is a body on frame, it is possible. The only draw back is many of the trucks are designed with bodies that drop down slightly over the frame, plus, the frame in the rear rises where the bed is on light duty trucks. Which helps clear the axle.

So, just bolting it on straight will not work and usually the car looks like it is on stilts. I would say it is doable as long as the wheelbases are close between the vehicles. The best thing I have seen is an Aerostar on a F-250 frame.
