That's all that's wrong with your fender? That should be fairly easy to pound out once you get it removed. Here I was thinking that you had holes rusted through and such ;p

I know, it could be worse (rust is on the dr side....) but I am looking for the least-amount-of-expended-energy to correct route

The trucks existence had been replaced by a newer bigger version and it was on its way to the target practice hill if it sat on the flattened tires for another month. i had to mount up new(er) tires and tow it out 90 miles, but for a total cost of $100 (tow bar and all) I did OK.
