Question Gauges stopped working 1990 F350

I own a 1990 F350 Crew Cab Dually 2WD Lariat with 95K miles. About two weeks ago all my gauges stopped working (except speedo). After driving 20 miles they came back on. They have stopped again. I noticed that when you turn the key on after about 2 seconds the amp needle jumps just a little but stays all the way to to the left. The fuel gauge registers the fuel level the last time the gauges worked, oil pressure and water temp are almost all the way to the left. I removed the cluster and cleaned all the plugs and circuit board connections but no luck. Is there any circuit breaker, regulator or fuse that controls the gauges? If not, what would you suggest to repair this system? Thank you - John
