F150Texan.....

NICE TRUCK!!!

I love the color.....AZ beige metallic isn't it?! I have the same color on my Screw Lariat....and jujst love it! It even looks clean when it is dirty....stays cleaner 'looking" between washings....and is quite to easy to clean when it does get dirty.... !!!!

I really like your 20" wheels.....and am getting ready to upgrade my TIRES with Kumho "ECSTA STX" 285/60R18's....but for cost reasons, will mount them on the STOCK Ford/Lariat alloy wheels, which in my honest opinion is a damn good looking wheel!

I will post pictures in my gallery after the upgrade.

Thanks...It is in fact the Arizona Beige metallic and I love it as well. I usually always lean towards a red vehicle, but when I saw them side-by-side at the dealership, I opted for the AZ. I just thought that it looked better than the red on these new body styles. Not to offend anyone who has a red one, just my personal preference

Thanks for the compliment. I bought my billet grill off eBay from these people:

Billet Grill on Ebay

It was not difficult to install. It did call for cutting out the Ford emblem, which I did not. I just took the chrome and blue Ford emblem off and left the mounting plate in place in case I ever decide to remove the billet for any reason. I was very careful when I tie wrapped the billet grill to the existing grill. I worked my way from the center out and it fits fine, the tie wraps don't show at all and the grille doesn't budge at all.

I opted for this one due to budget concerns, and I couldn’t be more pleased with its quality & appearance.

I have been trying to load pics on my gallery and it just does not work. I uploaded 5... one shows up. Help please...

By the way... Nice wheel.. and the Carbon Fiber look - I think it would look great on my Dark Shadow Gray FX4.

I like the carbon fiber badge. I've been thinkin about gettin em for my truck. Few questions: Was is easy to install? Easy to mess up if you're not careful? Is it shiny? Easy to peel off? Think it will last through sun and washings?

Thanks man. Easy to install and top quality, just make sure that you clean the OEM badges with rubbing alcohol first. You must be careful and take your time. It did come with good instructions and can be fixed if you happen to get any bubbles. It should last quite awhile just like any other vinyl graphics applications, and it can be peeled off if needed and just cleaned up with Goo-Gone and waxed again. I actually put wax over mine the other day, but I can't really remember if it was just as shiny as it was before I waxed it.

Looks great Texan, love those wheels!

Just wondering if those 20's feel different.... any noticeable loss of power from the larger wheel diameter? Is the handling any different?

Thanx

Thanks,

I got them when taking delivery, but from the test driving that that was done, I would have to say that it improved the ride and I didn't really notice any loss of power at all.
