cleaning solvent

I am sure this has been answered before but.....

My 67 f-100 has yellow spots showing on the paint in the cab. Mostly just age and dirt/grime. What is the best thing to use to clean up those spots...I used a citrus solvent which worked good but still needs something else...any ideas besides painting it all over? Thanks jim
