Since your vehicle is having excess fuel. Two major possible culprit are ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature sensor) and Fuel Pressure Regulator diaphragm cracked and letting excess fuel go into the intake. The Fuel Pressure Regulator is controlled by a vacuum hose and if the diaphragm inside the Fuel Pressure Regulator breaks, the vacuum line is now sucking in too much fuel into the intake.

BTW, you need to change oil and oil filter after you fix the problem because now your oil is diluted with fuel.

ok thanks I will see if I can come up with a fuel pressure tester, maybe autozone will loan me one. thanks for the link and the help. I would have never thought Engine Coolant Temperature sensor would control fuel. but then again that would act like a choke, on a carburated model. Thanks for all the help!
