Looking to inprove the performance and fuel economy from my 4.2...... the question I have is am I going to get back the 50 dallar investmet in the new filter.........ED

 

If you do a search, you will find a lot of posts on K&N air filters.

IMHO, you will not see a performance increase, you will pass
dirt into your engine that the OEM paper filters catch, and you risk contaminating your MAF sensor with oil.
