About a month ago we had a few good days of snow so the roads were all graveled. I got a few meaty chips in my hood. The chips are bright white (I'm guessing that's the primer?) and are easily seen against my grey hood.
Any recommendation on touching this up - where to get matching paint, how to apply it, etc?
when i bought my `02 they sent me a tube of touchup paint in the mail a couple weeks later... waiting to see if they do the same thing with my `04.... otherwise maybe just call a dealer and see how much one of the little nailpolish type tubes would cost.
I called Ford about my packet of touchup paint since I never got it. Turns out not all dealers participate in the "Appreciation Packet" program. Guess I'll have to shell out a few bucks to get my chips taken care of! Oh, well.
