1999 Ford Expedition Rear Wiper Problem

I have a '99 Expedition and I put Subwoofers in it. Now i notice that my wiper motor quits. I have had it replaced and it did it again. Im not sure if it is from closing the lift gate , cause i notice that when it closes the shaft wiggles a little bit or if it is my subs. The subs are quite a ways away from the lift gate, i took my third seat out and i have the sub box up against the 2nd row seats. My mechanic told me that each motor was broken inside. Any Ideas?

It's super easy to get the motor working. Pull it, and then you'll find that is has two sides bolted together. Unbolt it and you'll probably the find the side with the shaft that goes to the wiper arm seized. Gently tap it out from the housing, clean it up with some oil and steel wool, then lube the whole thing up good with some kind of high quality spray lube. I've had to do it twice.

Wonder if anyone could help I've checked my fuse and they are good. I'm not getting any clicking in the relays and I've tried swapping them out still nothing makes me think switch problem but everything else works on the switch except the rear wiper. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pull the plug to the motor, put a circuit tester on it, and see if it's getting current. The wiper motor is probably seized up, it's a chronic problem with Expeditions. I've got the one in my truck sitting on the workbench right now, so I'll post some photos of the tear down procedure.
