Can someone give me some help replacing the rear wiper motor on my EB '02 Expy? Any steps help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

 

If it's not working or "stuck", pull on the wiper arm while the rear switch is on. Mine will stick if not used for months but will work again once prodded.
I think the bearing is probably a sleeve type bearing and needs to be broken loose from time to time.
