Dana 60 with 35 spline outers

Anyone here upgrade their D60 30 spline outers to 35 with 35 spline lockouts? i am looking into doing this to mine, just wondering if anyone here has done it before!

theres really 3 good options for the 35 spline outers....one is the stock spicer 35's...which have to be cut down .600, and a new snapring groove cut.
your next step up is the "Crappy" 4340 chromoly yukon's...they aint much more expensive than the spicers....i know they r stronger, but im not sure by how much.
your next step up would be the "bling bling" superior shafts....i dont even wanna know what they cost.
ohh heres some good threads to read....

ims till tryin to figure out if i wanna go yukon or stock spicer...ahh!

Ho, when you say superior shafts you're talking about these? http://www.polyperformance.com/superior_axles.htm

Somehow I get the feeling that the $325 price tag is not for a pair.

I think I'm going to give the Yukons a try. For $200 I can't go too wrong and I won't have enough horsepower to snap those until maybe next year. If I break them, THEN it will be time to get some Superiors. Hmm, scary thought but with those stubs, the locker I'm adding, etc. my front axle will be worth more than I paid for the truck.

Ack, brainfart, nevermind. There is nothing wrong with any of the other options listed, but they seriously can't touch the superiors...

Camo is on pirate4x4.com. Seems to have all the toys and parts everyone else just dreams about. How is this possible?
