03 Expy Floor Mats

I bought Fords "All weather floor mats" for the front, they are deep groved rubber like the WeatherTech brand. The part numbers for 2003 Eddie Bauer are:
3L1Z7813086AA for Front mats $49
2L2Z7813106AA for Rear mats $38
(prices from www.fordpartsforless.com which my dealer matched)
I bought a cheap $20 set (4pc) of rubber "catch all" mats at Costco and cut them to fit the rear. By using all four mats the second row floor is completely covered. Weather permitting I will try to get the truck washed tomorrow and will try to post pics of mats.
I also put Fords molded slash guards (mud flaps) front and rear, they really help keep the running boards clean. They mount easily with existing screws and supplied pushin plastic fasteners, I drilled one 1/4" hole in the front of each running board for the plastic fastener.
Part Numbers for 03 EB
3L1Z16A550AAB Front $37
3L1Z16A550BAB REAR $37

2L2Z7813106AA for Rear mats $38

I put the husky custom molded floor liners in front, middle and rear. They fit like a glove and even allow for the center middle seat to slide forward. Not trying to dis your ride, Daveplot, but the husky's are 100% nicer and cover the entire floor area. I ordered mine from Cabelas, but am sure they are available at most anywhere car parts are sold.

Husky molded mats here, too. I've got the Husky rubberized ones in the F-250 (quite similar to the pic daveplot posted) and was not very happy with them. Sure, they're easy to clean -- just hose them off -- but they don't cover enough area, and liquids tend to drip off the perimeter rather than get fully trapped in the rubber treads.
For that reason, I stayed away from the rubberized ones for the Expedition. Went with the Husky molded carpeted liners -- they are great. Coverage is complete, and a nice tall lip around the perimeter contains liquids (i.e. snow melting off the boots). The truck was also treated to Husky molded mud guards -- very happy with the package.
Funny part is I went to the accessory shop as soon as we left the dealership, and ordered these parts (along with others). We actually had to wait a few months before they came in -- when we bought the 2003 Expedition EB it had just come out, and the accessory companies hadn't had a chance to produce their products yet.
