Talking Got my MAC Intake on!

Very nice guys! I haven't been able to really go out and test it because it's been raining, but I will be doing that later today. Without testing it I can pretty much tell a nice difference in power from about 2300 on. I would recommend this intake to anyone looking! You can't beat $150 for a chromed up Intake!

Anyways, I'm going to try and post some pics, but for some reason my computer hasn't been letting me.

Anyways, the one thing I was worried about was the filter being too small. The filter they sent was huge! Much bigger than the K&N Filter that was on there.

One really cool thing is that it makes an awesome 'growl' when you are accelerating. Really makes the truck sound powerful.

In a little less than 1 month I'll be testing my mods in Houston so I guess I'll keep ya posted!

Roger that! Airaid was actually my first choice, but the MAC (for some odd reason) pulled me in.

(I think it was the chrome part)

Like I said, brand new out of the box was the best price...not used. Although for an Airaid that's a good price!

Beau, you definately need to get one. I think I remember at one point 'someone' telling you you couldn't have one because it does nothing for the truck. WRONG! It increases gas mileage, fuel efficiency, looks, power, breathing, and all around town driving, and for only $150! That's frickin' unheard of. Mine was 149.50 flat shipped to my doorstep.

Mrbean in the words of ferris buler I quote "If you have the oppertunity to do so i highly recomend it. Its so choice" Get the airintake. its one of the most inexpensive upgrades that youll get the most out of!!! joe is right 150 bucks, Im no math wizard but you could make that up in the amount of gas you would save.

ive never thought of it in those terms... make up for the price of it in the gas you would save.... hmm.... that could be a convincing arguement for potentional "investors". (My parents) lol.
