Aerostar transfer case

My 4wd light flashes 2 times and repeats, I understand this to be the coil that engages the 4wd . Can anyone point me to a detailed diagram of the transfer case and the connections to it. How much work is replaceing the coil? Do you have to pull the transfer case? Where are the connections on the transfer case?

The main electrical connection is alongside the chassis where the main loom comes off the transfer case. This connection is for the coil as well as the speed sensors on the transfer case. Removal and opening the transfer case is required to replace the coil. Check your connections on the chassis as well as the connection to the E-4WD control box located under the driver's seat. It is possible the unit may have been bumped when sliding something under the driver's seat.
