89 F-250 wiring problems

I just recently put a flatbed on an 89 f-250 x-cab. I wired up the lights, but now when I step on the brakes, my front clearance/turn signal lights come on and my instrument panel lights come on. does any body know what i did wrong? the taillights are sealed beam if it makes a difference

Sounds like the brake light circuit is crossing and powering up the tail light circuit. The brown wires are for the tail lights. the orange/lt blue wires are for the brake lights. they should not be crossed. Assuming you have the original color wiring.
