i had a f-150 1988 5speed 4x2 and it was a straight 6 300cc. i will tell you i put over 300,000 miles on her and the only thing i did to her was change the battery (after 8 years), alternator (after 9 years), and the usual brakes, exaust, and tune ups. it was a very reliable truck and i sold it. now i have a 1995 f-150 4x4 302 5 speed. will i get the same reliablity out of this truck? i bought it with 105,000 miles on her? i dont have any problems yet except for the front gas tank not reading right. i love ford trucks . before the 88 i had a ford ranger 1985 it was ok. thanks for the input guys and gals!!
