I'm a woman here. No modesty here, I've had two kids!
I'm 5'10, and 175. I could lose a little, but not much. If I weigh around 150, I become weak. I'm medium framed, but large bone structure. My job is alot of labor. You gotta figure I lift dogs into tubs and on my table everyday (4-130lbs). And I also have resistence when a dog doesn't want their feet or nails trimmed. My job is where I get my workout, other than going home to my child..

Hrm, maybe Im not as fat as I thought...
I mean I still want to loose weight but Im not chunky
I walk proboally 5 to 6 miles a day at work.
Plus I lift a 150 lb guy up from the floor and into a wheelchair several times a day.
I work for a center for Mentally Challenged Individuals.
And boy do I love it. I have many good friends that live out there, and they treat you just like you were their best friend.
Anywho,
What's the "ideal weight" for a guy that's 6'2
Like what does the professionals say.
