You mean the starter relay I presume? Look on the passenger side of the vehicle at the firewall. It may have a large plastic cover over it and the main fusable links.

Thanks, I may be confused about the terms.

Is it in a black box on the driver's side with the high amp fuses?

Is that the last link in the electrical circuit before the starter motor?

I am troubleshooting a no-start problem. Cleaned battery posts, charged battery, checked fuses, nothing.

It looks like the starter motor is nearly impossible for me to remove.

Should be on the passenger side unless you are in England.. But yes in that general location with the high amp fuses. It should have a small wire going to a post on top and two large posts for battery cable on one side and starter cable on the other side. They do have a propensity to fail early.

I found it on the firewall next to the battery. Tested it by jumping the positive terminals to start the car. I have replaced it and am good to go. Thanks!
