Do you wear boots?
my "dress" shoes for work are mid cut ecco's. (which I would call boots cuz I cant wear them with shorts)
On the weekend I rotate between my Cowboy boots (J. Diamond, division of Justin) and my terra lights for dirty jobs...want a 8" cut pair of goretex boots but $ is to tight atm.
I only wear running shoes if I am going to play some sort of sport, etc;
Chado

Well,
Fire boots when at drill or on call (volunteer)
Work boots for when I work on the truck, go camping, or other projects
Most of the time otherwise it's my regular work shoes (goes with the suit, etc), sandals (summertime), or regular shoes (not sneakers - wintertime).

used to wear boots all the time... now I wear either Justin or Woverine durashock ankle high "dress" boots. They are kinda like hiking boots, but look much better with dockers. wear em every day...gave the dress shoes the boot
when I'm just out to play, I put on the Nike's

Do you wear boots?
My boots are Timberland
My sneakers are Nike
My casual dress shoes are Kenneth Cole
My formal dress shoes are Allan Edmonds
And some flip-flops lying around
If I had to give up all the +- dozen shoes I own and keep only one pair, it would have to be the Timberlands. I've had them for at least 6 years, and love them. Keep my dry in rain/snow. Keeps my feet cool even in summer. Put up with all the abuse they get when I play construction foreman, go hunting, and any of the myriad of activities I engage in. All I do is throw in a new pair of Dr. Schols when I feel the old ones wearing down. That and I finally had to get new laces recently. I'll keep these boots as long as I can -- took me 5 years to break them in the way I like. I own other boots too, but none get the use my favorite Timberlands do.
I bought some boots on sale when Ames near my vacation house was closing & clearanced everything (only had sneakers with me, and needed something right away for the weekend). By the time I waterproofed them & added insoles, I spent more than what "cheap" boots should cost. They still can't compare with the Timberlands.
