I know there was a thread a while back about trucks in gerneral, but this one is for YOUR truck and its idiosyncracies.
What I love about my truck:
The vintage door handles
How after you armor all the seat, you HAVE to wear your seat belt if you dont want to end up in the passenger seat
How my rear view mirrow is not centered on the windsheild.
How if you let the wheel straighten out by itself after a turn, the oppisite blinker will come on

 

just the fact its a Ford and how it looks. i wish it was older though.

muchtomydelight: my rearview mirror isnt centered either, then i figured it was probably 'cause i have split rear window, and the divider would be in the way.

i love the ride and the handling, especially at 80 mph on the highway, i love the solid feel and the confidence i have pulling overweight loads, i love the leg room, the unlimited storage capacity behind the seats in a regular cab truck, the ability to run 35s with no lift, the sound of that turbocharger whistling on the highway, and the growl of that 4 inch straight pipe exhaust when i step on it..... oh yea and i love not driving a ford

 

how the radio display works now(thanks to all the guys with the bulb replacement thread)
how it takes 3 acres to complete a u-turn(I think my RAV would make a u-turn in the bed of it)
how it gets to say in the yard now(not my daily driver any more and my bank account loves it)

 

It's my toy. I even drive it once in a while - 4.5 years old, about to turn 15K.

I love the way my 2003 4.0 SOHC Ranger does NOT knock, rattle, or make the 'marbleing' sound that my two previous 4.0 SOHC motors did in my Explorer Sports! I also love the 'refreshing popping sound' I hear whenever I run over a Hyundai...

 

I kind of like the unique ness of my truck. It has never been stock, and I love it.

I love the looks with the aftermarket hood. the ride with the 2" lift and 35" tires. the sound of two 5" chrome stacks and no muffler so I can hear the Cumminc roar. being able to rev to 4500 rpms before shifting at the touch of the pedal day becomes nighttime and the fact that its been paid for for 5 years helps out a lot.

How the seat bounces around and the truck bounces for 5 mins after you fit a pot hole since it has not shocks.. but that was when it ran!.. i need a new motor! grr.. but one thing i like is i will never have nothing to do b/c i alwas have something to work on but dont have the parts beacuse im to broke..
