MSRP sticker price $75,475
Dealer Invoice $70,894.26
Order out price $69,894.26
Plus, I get the current $1000 Ford Rebate/Incentive guaranteed, so now the truck is $68,884.26, and if the rebate changes by the time I take delivery, I get the higher of the two. Got that in writing. I'm stoked!

Some dealers are just more willing (or wanting) your business more than others, and will cut down to the almost bare minimum (bottom line profit) to get it. When I finally got my deal, I purchased at 'D Pricing' and pretty much got scolded out by "Frantz" (dealer member here) for getting too good of a deal, basically leaving my dealer with only bread on his table and no butter!
My tactic was easy and honest. I went to "Big" dealers out of my area, got quotes on my exact build sheet. Then I went to my preferred local dealer and said "here's what I got, I'm not here to beat you up, but if you can match or beat these out of town offers, I would like to do business locally with you!".
It probably helped that my local dealer knew that I owned a business in our town that uses a lot of trucks. Also I had my 2014 showroom detailed Denali sitting right at his front door. Dirty business? I don't think so (albeit whatever Frantz says), they had the right to say "no thank you, we can't meet or beat those quotes". But they didn't, and even went way below my lowest offer that was 60 miles away from me.
My dealer (who now really is) has my business, on my next one (for my business) if he even gets close, I'm in with him. Funny how that works.
So I will just say to anybody, if you're happy with your deal, that's all that counts, be happy!

I don't always go for the lowest price because other factors matter too. Once they've earned my business I tend to stick with them.
i had great working relationship with a dealer when I lived in another city years ago. My salesperson would sometimes call me out of the blue on New Years Eve and offer to make me an incredible deal on whatever I wanted just so they could push a unit out the door to make a sales quota. They truly were incredible deals.
Bottom line: treat people fairly and ethically and you'll be rewarded with fair deals.
