Needing clarification on inner tie rod on '95, F150, 4wd

Looking for clarification on the front passenger side (inner tie rod) for '95, F150, Eddie Bauer, 4wd, Ext. Cab.

I bought the Mevotech, part# MDS1138T

It has noticable slop when turning the steering wheel. I can see it and hear it in the knuckle. Like a wobble, not tight with side to side motion.

I need to know the difference between 2 available Ford front right inner connecting tie rods.

Ford is listed with;
1. MOTORCRAFT MDS1018 {#E9TZ3V304F} (Front Right Inner; Connecting Tie Rod - 33.65 In. Long - 22mm Thread
2. MOTORCRAFT MDOE11 {#E9TZ3304F} (Front OE design)

Just want to replace this with the correct part and be done.
There is NO part # on the connecting inner tie rod. Looked over the OE I pulled and cannot find one.

Perhaps NumberDummy can help chime in with help.

I was looking in Part Geek and then came across your thread. PG shows the SKU number you bought to be for a 94 Bronco. I know that didn't answer your question but hope it helps. Check them out they have one for the 95 F150 2 or 4 wd. Sandy

Thanks for the reply Sandymane.

Still hoping someone, maybe NumberDummy can shed some light on why there are 2 available, neither are definite on 4wd or not.

Even using my VIN number shows that both work...that leaves a lot to be desired.
