I will see, once I get the folks fixed up. If it's a simple cleaning, get some crud from shorting out a couple components or some such I might well be able to sell it for a couple bucks. We'll see. Thanks for your help and replies.

 

Just to finish this out, it was the EATC module. Was a simple replacement, minimal dash removal, 2 plugs and a few screws. Thanks to all those who assisted!
