Line X versus Rhino Liner Spray on bed liners

So I'm going to spray my F250 bed with a spray on liner before installing my 5th wheel rails. Does anyone out there have any opinions on which liner is better? Stronger? Cheaper? Better looking? Etc. I'd appreciate any comments or advice on the subject. Thanks!! Danny

It seems like Line-X is a better all around liner. Premium Line-X has uv protection. If it was my pickup, I would shell out the extra cash for a line-x if the bed will be used hard!

I have had line -x in all three of my trucks and never had an issue with it. the biggest thing is making sure the prep is done right before it is applied, if they do it correctly it will last a long time. I also went with thicker line x because it really isnt a whole lot more

I've heard where it tends to fade... Have you noticed any fading in the material? Looks are important...

No, mine has held up really well. I was a little concerned how the line x would hold up with all my tools and equipment going in and out of the truck box all the time which is why I went with the thicker line x. It cost a little bit more but I figured a few extra bucks to protect the bed a little better especially with my gear going in and out all the time seemed like a no brainier to me.

I have Line X on both of my truck and would recommend them. Their dealers are usually booked up a month ahead of time so make the appointment early. I got the highest end line x a few months ago with the UV protection. Platinum. Looks amazing

I had my 350 Rhino'd when I got it...

No complaints, it's held up very well, loads of firewood, lumber, camping supplies - never an issue.

Don't know how the UV impacts it, as I have a tonneau on most of the time, so it doesn't see much sun.

Line-X certainly is the "name brand" - but I wouldn't hesitate to go Rhino, either - based on my experience.

I'd like to get mine done this summer as well. I really dislike the coarse or rough finish liners, too much of a pain to drag large heavy equipment out of the bed, plus it sandpaper's off the finish of whatever you put on top of it. How do the "smooth" finish liners hold up to severe use?

And I already have my B&W hitch installed. Anyone have problems with their hitch after having the liner sprayed in?

I've done 2 Raptor liners. Price was right, it came out looking like I'd sent the truck out to have it done. I'd have done a couple more if I hadn't bought a BedRug.

I have a line-x and so far it is holding up well. Also had a line-x in my F150 I traded in and after about 7 years it was still in good shape.

I did Line-X on my bed and bumpers with the ultra UV in black. Line-X can do a ton of colors now too. From what my Line-X guy hald told me when I had mine done about two years ago was that the fading issue had been pretty much eliminated, but anything sitting in the sun for an amount of time is going to fade eventually.

One thing to be sure of no matter where you go is find out how thick the standard liner should be. A lot of companies will charge less for a job, but they are not preparing the surface or coating the proper thickness (cutting corners).

I guess Line-X a couple years back had to "clean house" of dealers who were carrying their name and cheating customers.

I have had both and the Line X has held up better, seems less slippery and hasn't faded. The Rhino I had faded badly, they may have improved but I think Line X is the better of the 2.

How long have you had it (without fading)? Thanks
