exhaust manifold gasket???

exhaust manifold gasket???
i call ford to see if they have exhaust manifold gaskets for my 7.3. they say they don't have gaskets??? the manifold bolts directly to the head is this true if not where do I find gaskets?

73 didn't come with manifold gaskets from the factory. But you can get some from Victor rienz.
just make sure your manifolds are not warped .

it is true,if you are having a leak they need to be pulled and taken to a machine shop to be trued up.I think it cost me 40.00 about a year ago when i took mine,then they bolt on with NO gaskets

Would it just be the manifold or would the head need work too?

Apparently you didn't review them . Oddly enough they have a Ford part number but Ford doesn't have them? They need a new parts guy at your location, dmanshane.
