HVAC Heater Pipe Replacement

I have a 1989 Ford f150 with a 351 in it that has sprung a leak from the HVAC heater pipe(that is what I've seen the part called, I'm not sure if that is actually right). The connector for the hose that goes to the throttle body is the source of my leak. I was rusted and when I took the hose off part of the pipe came off. So, now I can't get the hose back on where it won't leak coolant. I have been able to find a replacement pipe (Part # E8TZ-18B402-C) but I need some guidance on replacement. What all do I need to remove to replace the whole HVAC heater pipe?
