Horn Relay 93 Econoline E350

I have a 93 Ford Econoloine E 350 (Gas). One of those that is a bus ( Like a Handicap bus). Both the horn and the cruse control stopped working. I am told that most likely the proble is the horn relay as the cruse gets power from it. I can not find the horn relay. The power distribution box has four relays ,ABS, Fule pump and PCM. I don't know what the fourth is. On the off chance it was the horn I replaced it but nope.
Help Please Thanks.

Horn Relay 93 Econoline E350

The oldest Econoline EVTM I have is a 96 but may be similar. It shows the relay located with a blower relay in the left rear corner of the engine compartment.

It shows two yellow and blue wires, one yellow and light green, and one dark blue.

Hope this helps.

"Bill" and "Homer": I've got a '91 E350 Clubwagon (12-passenger") with all wiring and guts under dash burnt out and more in engine compartment and also looking for 1991 Econoline EVTM.
But, from the public library, here's what Chilton's '89-91 Repair Manual for Full Size Vans shows:

Horn Relay (behind LH side of Instrument Panel) along with
Speed Control Amplifier
from Horn Relay: (3) 18 ga. wires
to horn: Y-LG
to horn switch feed: Y-LB
to horn switch control: DB
These 3 wires and 8 more from the Speed Control Amplifier merge in a connector said to be 'behind the I/P - on "Y" brace area'.
If this fits but you need more, let me know. Hope it helps.
