Homemade Heavy Duty Front and Rear Bumpers

Hey guys, this past fall i bought a 2004 f150 XLT Supercab, I put a leveling kit on it and aftermarket rims with 33s. I love the look of the really heavy bumpers like Iron Cross and Move. I am a welder/fabricators apprentice and and looking too see if anyone has made something similar and can share dimensions or even a blueprint of some sort. Ill probably build one out of 1/4 to 3/8 sheet metal. Front and back bumpers.
Cheers,
Will

Make one out of cardboard and masking tape, then you will have templates to trace on to metal
