Who's running 37's on their daily driver
I'm getting excited about finally lifting my truck, and the plan has been 37's. This truck is my daily driver, and my commute is only 9 miles. For you guys that have 37's, are you happy with the way your truck drives and handles? Do you ever wish you had just stuck with 35's? I've never ran anything bigger than 35's. I'm still undecided between the readylift 3.5 and the zone 4"(yes, 37's will fit with a 9" wide 0 offset wheel) so it want be to high, and I will be regearing, whether I go 37's or 35's.

I have 37's in my truck. I daily drive it when I'm at home (currently in college). But before that I had it lifted 6" with 37s and I believe I have the stock 3.54 gears. I'm able to get away with it because I have a manual transmission with an extra low gear. But I always enjoyed driving it every day. Especially since your commute is only 9 miles you'll have no problems. Go 37s, if you go 35s youll barely notice a difference in tire size and it's not even worth it to get it lifted.

This link goes to a forum I started asking about regearing and a few other upgrades: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-for-6-2l.html
I have 37s and a 4" zone lift, pictures in that link. It is my daily driver, and I put some good mileage on it. I don't have a lot if issues, other than RPMs at highway speeds, which I discussed. Guys also discussed a few options to correct for the bigger tires.

Thanks Matt, I'm actually one of those guys in that thread that suggested the 4.88's and the module to correct your speedo for 37's. The regear is a no brainier for me, and I know what I want in the looks department, just wanted some reassurance that everyone was happy with their driving experience before I dropped $5k+ on this set up. So far, looks like every one is happy!

Is your truck diesel or gas (I can't remember what gears were available on what)? If it is diesel you may want to wait on gears. I have been running on 37's with 3.55's for about 35k miles and have had no issues. I have pulled our 35 foot 5th wheel from Houston to Ouray, Colorado and all over West Texas and never noticed a difference in 37's or 35's.
FWIW I run Toyo RT's and they are proving to be a fantastic tire. I have 35k miles on them and they have a bunch of tread left. I've had them in mud, snow, sand, gravel and have had zero complaints.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, great to here everyone is happy with the 37's. I've pretty much made up my mind on going with nitto ridge grapplers. It's good to here that y'all are happy with the Toyo RT's because the two are sister tires to each other, sharing the same rubber compound and carcass. The tread and sidewall design are different and I prefer the looks of the ridge grappler sidewall a little more. Keep the feedback coming, and no one ever complains about to many pics. Would love a close up of your offset Matt, since you have the 4" lift.

jst got my truck a few weeks ago 37" tires 6" lift. Unfortunately 3:55 years I believe. This is my 02 had 30" with 3:55's. I drive a lot of late model F250's as well and as for as of the line goes it's fairly slugish compared to tires slightly larger then stock. I do not regret getting it this way as the looks are stunning and get a high 5 all the time. Just st breaking her in with less than 500 miles but have not been able to get past 10.2 MPG yet. I'm considering some gear swaps.
