What engine do you have? I believe the F7-8 came with the big 337 V8 engine.....not sure if they share the same bolt pattern as the smaller engines.
With the right combination of parts it might be possible. Or it may require an adapter....
Also likely you will need to modify trans mounts and drive shaft.

EDIT: If you are looking to gain speed/gears, an auxilliary trans like a brownie might be simpler.

You say that you're running 8R-19.5 tires?

Most of the Clark 5 speeds I have seen use what's called an SAE bell housing setup. These are a standardized size with an adapter plate for different engines. Very HD and usually use a bigger clutch as well.
If you could find that whole setup from another truck, you'd be golden.
The Spicer aux trans would be much easier though, IMO.

Interesting. I have the Eaton 1350 two-speed and the four speed crash box, but 9R-22.5 tires (8.25x20 equivalence) and 2,200 r/m gives me 49.46 m/h.

That little gem was discontinued in the late '60's and is highly sought after, but there was also a Muncie counterpart. Sorry, don't remember the p/n.
Might have some luck here: Boyce Equipment

cranegy, where are you, OZ?

Since you have a 302 engine, you might take a look at the ZF 5 speed, used in Ford trucks in the 90's. Would bolt right up. Not sure if they were offered where you are though...

No, that is one drawback. It does have a PTO port if you need that.
