Engine manual

I have a 1994 Ford 5.0L EFI engine from a pickup truck that I want to rebuild and place in a 53 Ford pickup that I am working on. I want to retain the EFI system and serpentine drive. Surprisingly, I can't seem to find a decent performance engine manual that lays out the rebuilding steps and has suggestions for performance improvements. Can anyone recommend a manual for the 94 5.0L engine? I have the Chilton and Haynes Repair Manuals, I just can't believe a Performance Overhaul Manual does not seem to exist. Thanks in advance!

Rebuilding this motor is no different than doing the earlier non-EFI version except for the fact that it has a roller cam instead of a flat tappet, so I'm gonna suggest these two books..
