I have this cup holder in mine and thought about shortening the lever but it really doesn't need it to still operate easily in my opinion.

i pulled the cover and foam off middle headrest to make a cupholder for sweaty, big gulp type cups. the metal frame of the headrest is a U shape but only good for taller cups. no more condensation mess in my console

My 2016 XL Manual shift has air bag switch I think, where your pocket holder is.

That pocket just pops out and the airbag switch can go right into place, The one I bought came with an airbag switch and I have the plug in the dash, but when I hooked it up the airbag light came on on the dash. I don't know if since my truck is a crew cab that I would need to go to the dealer to get it programmed or what, but it wasn't that big of a deal so I just put back that useless pocket.

I now see your glovebox lid is grey.

My dealer got the cupholder assy for me but having trouble getting the correct lower trim piece for it.
We may have to order it for ESOF option even tho my F350 XL is manual floor shift like yours.

I permanently removed my headrest off center seat (and rear s/cab seats too) as it stays folded down 24/7.

 

I have the flip up center seat

 

That floor is too clean, throw some dirt in there.

 

I know this option didn't come on 2016 XL Pckg.
I'm wondering if my dealer needs to back up to a 2011 or 2012 XLT to get the lower trim panel ?

I know this option ONLY came WITH ESOF option & NOT with manual 4wd shifter in floor.

I liked in one of our work trucks, a ‘13 regular cab, it was the same as mine. Pretty sure that’s standard configuration on a xl esof
