How to remove 2007 F-350 interior trim without breaking it?

I have a 'new to me' 2007 F-350SD super cab and need to run some wiring inside.

What I don't know is how the heck the trim pieces are attached and how to remove them without breaking them! If it ain't held on with screws, nuts, bolts, I'm kinda lost...

So, any advice would certainly help a whole lot!

Most of them are plastic tabs. I have pulled many panels off and thought that I was going to break some of them, but never did. Just ease into the pressure and be as careful as possible. Be sure you get all the screws out where they are used. Sometimes I find one I missed.

The door panels lift up , do not pull out on them, or you will ruin them .
The trim on the door sills lifts off , firm grip and even pressure when you pull up .
