Signed Paper on F-450

Signed Paper on F-450
A few questions if you have time...
Does ford have any rules for how many miles a dealer can put on a special order? Why I ask is they are saying there could be as much as 400, I would think 25 or 30 max...
They also said that the F-450 is not eligible for X-Plan pricing and they can not sell me the truck unless I purchase a host of add-ons, Zurich Scotchgard, Zurich Maintenance, Zurich extended warranty, LoJack...
I found the PDF and 60 days cancellation form online for all the Zurich components, signed and delivered to the dealership already. Surprisingly they accepted it but did not want to re-sign the paperwork to reduce by 12k.
I get X-Plan through work, been there 10 years so good and eligible. I went through the PIN process and provided it when I ordered the truck on 9/6. Even embedded in my X-Plan authorization email was this link of ineligible models:
https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerw...leProducts.pdf
On the vehicle order confirmation it had all pricing, including X-Plan.
Lastly, I had financing arranged with my credit union and they said they were unable to proceed with selling the truck unless they processed the credit, they then agreed to send the info to the credit union and not via the CUDL system. While I sat there what pops up on my phone, you guessed it a credit alert that they just ran my credit.
I still want the truck, but wondering if anyone else it having this experience.
I have an existing case with Ford FCSD, and sent an update with all this. Hope to hear from her next week.
What are your thoughts, I don't feel the dealership I went to is operating with integrity and causing me allot of grief.
Look forward to comments and advice.

I just re-read your post again and am getting even more angry. Why would you give them your ssn and info to run your credit?
I'm getting xplan on my 450. They aren't forcing me into any dealer add-ons, if the truck has that man miles, it's because they are driving the crap out of it. Only way it should have more than a handful of miles is because it got pulled for QC when built and should come with a tag saying as much or it was a dealer transfer. With as deceitful as they are being I would guess they have someone lined up that drove and wants your truck or someone there took it for some quality drive time behind your back.

Wow that's really a bad dealer
If your 450 is a cab and chassis I know from experience in buying one my dealer here that most retail incentives are a no go but the rest of the stuff your dealer is telling you is just bs
This is in Canada and when you go cab and chassis it is fleet incentives and there not as good as retail
