What's your van To Do list?

I just picked up a 1992 E350 Club Wagon Super Custom on Wednesday for $600.
Here's what I've done so far:
7 of 8 spark plugs replaced (front passenger one is basically impossible to get to)
Oil and filter changed
Coolant added
Air filter changed
Serpentine belt changed
Lots of rusty floorboards discovered...
Which leads me to the plan of attack from here.
Completely gut the interior from the dash back - all seats, flooring, side panels, door panels, and ceiling
Deep clean all of it. 25 years of grime.
Patch the floor together with sheet metal, a hammer, self-tapping screws, and expanding foam
Spray a layer of foam on the floor, walls, and roof (sound and temperature insulation)
Reuse the stock rubber flooring for the front bucket seat area as well as front door panels and front bucket seats
Make a floor using green-treated 3/4" plywood for the whole length of the passenger area
Carpet the floor from the front seats back to the wheel wells
Make a shelf at the wheel wells with a battery bank underneath
Tools/misc stuff storage area from the wheel wells back
Notches in the floor for the stock seat mounting brackets
Small ledges up to the level of the windows with cup holders and speakers built in
Futon/couch in the "passenger" area
TONS of LEDs. Everywhere.
Basically turn it in to a party van with utility still. I have a lot of work ahead of me.

'92-'95 5.8 engines, plug #1 is behind the alternator, from the front, 2 - 6" extensions, under the heater box can reach it, unless, you have the battery on the right side.........remove alternator to replace plug......only way

I have to reattach the engine to the trans in my van... and no I wasn't working on it. Drove fine one day and the next it wouldn't start.. the starter just free wheeled. I though the starter was bad so I changed it.. same result, so then I took the little inspection cover off the front of the trans and found I could rotate the flexplate by hand. WTF!! Yep.. it's no longer attached to the engine.. I guess I now know what the metallic rattling sound was that I had mistakenly diagnosed as a broken cat converter. Wish me luck.. it's only -15C here this week and the van won't fit in my shop.

I tried from the doghouse, from the wheelwell, and from the engine bay without pulling the alternator, and 3 of us couldn't get to the damn thing. If anything, I'll take it to a shop and have them handle it.
EDIT
It wasn't a lack of tools, either. Ended up with 2 universal joint sockets and about 6 extensions of varying lengths.

Replace Front sway bar bushings, I have new ones just not allowed to work on my vehicle at the new place I moved into. Except for minor things.
Replace axle pivot bushings and arm bushings.
Replace leaf springs and coil springs.
Replace alternator before it dies, (Original on 220,000 miles )
Replace brake booster and master cylinder.
Somehow get the back doors to open, The Exterior handle mechanism broke inside the door several years ago and I fixed it (two times) but it broke again a few months ago and then there is something jamming the lock from unlocking the back doors so I cannot open them from inside either I built a storage/sleeping platform inside and I cannot remove the panel to fix the lock and of course cannot remove the platform without ripping it out destroying it.
And more..............

There's a gigantic tow hitch on Bubba I've been meaning to remove. I haven't towed with it since I got it. PO used the van to tow a big trailer to Canada. The thing is massive and probably costing me a precious 1MPG. When you get 10, 1 matters...
Also need to install the back-up beeper the kids got me for Father's Day a few years ago, along with some 460 badges.
There's a dash squeek since I installed the remote start, probably the control module rubbing against something.
And replace the fuel filter. That's all for now anyway.
