Hi All, I just purchased a 2013 F250 Platinum. I am having several issues with the radio.

Issue 1: The radio randomly shuts off for 1-2 seconds and then cuts back on. This also happens if playing bluetooth through my iPhone. The entire display does not shut off, only the sound. This just started today.

Issue 2: This isn't a big deal, but when I hit the physical numbers (not on the touch screen), there sometimes is a delay. This has happened the last few days.

Any help would be great. I have done some research but have not found my exact problem. I had a new radiator put in and want to isolate that, that was not the problem causer.

My 2019 won’t scan for the channels below 8 but it will play them if I manually punch them in.
