I have 2010 F150 SuperCab 8' bed HD payload - the ride is ok on most surfaces but can be bad on corrugated surfaces especially with no load. It rides much better with a few hundred pounds in the bed. Not sure if the 2016s are the same, likely better because with the aluminum body there is more payload with (possibly) lighter springs.

 

Nobody has ever seen an HD payload pkg SuperCrew in the 2015+ trucks. Ford kept delaying the build on them and many who had orders cancelled. I don't know if they got that problem sorted out or not.
