Hey guys, where do i start? so ever since ive owned the car, when i go to a gas station to fill up i can only just barely squeeze the pump trigger because if it let it fly it just kicks off.. and if i give it quick squeezes it will eventually spit gas out the filler neck all over the ground, ive noticed some days i will get a fuel smell at a red light, then its gone, some days it will just crank and crank then finaly fire up... well thismorning at 230 am i got a service call and went to head out and my CEL was on. so i ran into the garage ans scanned it and it came up with P0451 and P0450 P, i know it is evap related but what do i do to figure it out?? ive pulled charchol cannister out to "clean it" by blowing air thru it and it seems plugged tight... no air will go thrugh either way, also i noticed that little flapper most cars have inside the filler neck that the gas pump pushes open is missing on my car.. not sure if it got pushed inside a long time ago or not. what do i do to figure this out? i cant afford to have a machanic look at it, im pretty engine smart... can do it by myself i just need to know what to do. is it bad to drive it like this??? please help ASAP!
